Ensure consistent delivery of premium aircraft cabin quality standards across the fleet by monitoring, controlling, and improving cabin maintenance quality. The role supports passenger satisfaction, brand image, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure aircraft cabins meet premium quality, cosmetic, and appearance standards.
  • Monitor compliance with cabin maintenance procedures, standards, and quality requirements.
  • Oversee Daily Cabin Check (DCC) activities and validate defect rectification before aircraft release.
  • Identify recurring cabin defects, conduct root cause analysis, and drive corrective actions.
  • Exercise quality authority to upscale or restrict cabin release when standards are not met.
  • Prepare cabin quality reports and monitor KPIs, including repeat defects and rectification turnaround times.
  • Coordinate with Maintenance Control, Planning, Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
Preferred Candidate Profile
  • Current or former Cabin Crew.
  • Strong understanding of aircraft cabin standards and passenger experience.
  • Experience in cabin maintenance, cabin appearance management, inspections, or quality control preferred.
  • Current or previous experience with an airline, MRO, or aviation service provider.
  • Experience with premium international airlines (e.g., Emirates, Qatar Airways, etc.) is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cabin quality standards.
Education & Experience Education
  • Diploma in Aviation, Engineering, Quality, Design, IT, or a related field; or
  • High School Diploma with relevant aviation experience.
Experience
  • 5–10 years of experience in aircraft cabin/interior maintenance.
  • Experience in quality inspections, audits, or cabin appearance management preferred.
  • Knowledge of DCC processes, cabin materials, and cosmetic standards.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Aviation Quality, Inspection, or Audit certification.
  • Training in cabin standards, customer experience, or human factors.
  • Quality inspection and auditing.
  • Problem-solving and root cause analysis.
  • Reporting and KPI monitoring.
  • Communication and stakeholder coordination.
