QAQC Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain robust QA/QC policies, manuals, SOPs, and QMS in alignment with ISO 9001.
• Deliver quality training programs so all employees are aware of quality standards and procedures.
• Monitor production processes and manage inspections of raw materials, in‑process goods, and finished products to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Develop and enforce Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) to prevent issues that could lead to poor product quality.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, regulations, and project specifications.
• Meet and exceed customer expectations, investigating and resolving complaints quickly.
• Turn field feedback into actionable improvements with zero recurrence.
• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for non‑conformities and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) in coordination with cross‑functional teams.
• Drive process enhancements by establishing testing procedures for products, materials, and packaging to reduce defects, minimize waste, scrap, and rework, and optimize resource utilisation.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
• Analyze and report on quality metrics and audit findings to senior management.
• Prepare quality reports, maintain records, test logs, and non‑conformances, ensuring data accuracy.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Certification in Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor).
• Overall 15 years’ experience, with a minimum of 5 years in management roles, preferably in construction, manufacturing, or engineering sectors.
• Proven track record of implementing quality control processes that resulted in measurable improvements in project outcomes.
