The ideal candidate will play a key role in embedding quality practices across the SDLC, ensuring high‑quality releases through robust automation frameworks and CI/CD integration.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and implement Shift‑Left testing practices across all development phases.
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks.
  • Collaborate with developers, product owners, and Dev Ops teams to ensure quality is built‑in, not tested later.
  • Integrate automated tests within CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing.
  • Perform API, UI, and integration testing using modern tools.
  • Analyze test results, identify defects early, and ensure fast feedback loops.
  • Drive test data management and environment readiness.
  • Contribute to quality metrics reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
  • 2–4 years of experience in Software Testing / Quality Engineering.
  • Strong experience in test automation (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar).
  • Solid understanding of Shift‑Left testing principles.
  • Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git Lab CI, Azure Dev Ops).
  • Experience in API testing (Postman, REST Assured, etc.).
  • Good knowledge of programming/scripting (Java, JavaScript, Python, or similar).
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • SQL proficiency and familiarity with APIs and Postman.
  • Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to participate in penetration testing using Burp Suite or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with OWASP standards and security best practices.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in performance testing (JMeter, k6).
  • Knowledge of security testing and penetration testing techniques.
  • Familiarity with cloud environments (Oracle, Azure).
  • Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
