The Senior Specialist – FLS Delivery supports the technical review, coordination, tracking, and approval readiness of fire and life safety (FLS) submissions on a major project. The role improves documentation quality, reduces rejection cycles, and ensures that technical comments are adequately addressed before resubmission.

• Review FLS submissions to confirm technical accuracy, completeness, compliance, and alignment with project requirements.
• Validate technical comments issued by third‑party consultants, ensuring they are relevant, clear, and properly supported.
• Identify and filter duplicate, repetitive, conflicting, or non‑value‑adding comments before they delay the review process.
• Coordinate with the lead design consultant to ensure all valid comments are addressed and reflected in revised FLS submissions.
• Track submission status, review cycles, approval timelines, pending actions, resubmission dates, and responsible parties.
• Maintain accurate FLS submission logs, comment trackers, approval registers, action lists, and document control records.
• Monitor recurring rejection reasons and support actions to reduce repetitive GDCD comments and avoid unnecessary approval delays.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external consultants, contractors, design teams, and project stakeholders to ensure timely review responses.
• Support the preparation of revised submissions by checking that documentation, responses, drawings, and supporting records are complete.
• Assist with final inspection readiness by confirming that FLS documentation is compliant, updated, traceable, and available for review.
• Support continuous improvement of submission review workflows, comment management processes, approval tracking, and documentation quality.
• Identify gaps in submission packages and recommend practical actions to improve technical clarity and review efficiency.
• Escalate critical documentation issues, unresolved comments, delayed responses, or compliance risks to the relevant technical leads.
• Help ensure that FLS approval records are properly organized for audits, inspections, project handover, and authority coordination.
• Promote a disciplined approach to technical review, compliance tracking, document accuracy, and stakeholder coordination.

• Associate degree in Engineering Technology or a related field, or equivalent technical training and certification.
• Minimum 6 years of related experience in FLS review, technical coordination, document control, engineering support, safety compliance, or construction project delivery.
• Saudi National with strong understanding of fire and life safety submissions, approval workflows, and technical documentation requirements.
• Experience reviewing technical submissions, consultant comments, revised documentation, approval records, and inspection readiness files.
• Strong ability to validate complex documentation and identify incomplete, repetitive, unclear, or non‑compliant comments.
• Experience coordinating with consultants, contractors, design teams, technical specialists, client representatives, and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain trackers, logs, status reports, comment registers, and approval timelines.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills for follow‑ups, clarifications, coordination meetings, and action closure.
• Ability to identify process gaps, reduce inefficiencies, improve review cycles, and support smoother approval outcomes.
• Detail‑oriented approach with strong accuracy in documentation review, compliance checking, and technical record management.
• Ability to work in a client‑facing project environment while maintaining professionalism, urgency, and documentation discipline.
