To lead quality engineering practices and ensure implementation of quality assurance and control standards under the direction of the QHSE Director for delivering compliant, high-quality products and projects while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Key Accountabilities- Quality Assurance Framework
Develop and implement QA frameworks to ensure adherence to quality standards
- Quality Control & Inspection
Oversee QC activities to ensure products and projects meet specifications
- Process Improvement
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality performance
- Non-Conformance Management
Manage non-conformance reporting and corrective/preventive actions
- Supplier Quality Manager
Monitor supplier quality performance to ensure compliance with standards
- Quality Audits & Comp
Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with QHSE standards
Identify quality risks and implement mitigation actions to protect the project outcomes
Job Specifications- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related fields
- Minimum 10–12 years of progressive experience in quality engineering or QA/QC roles, with strong expertise in quality systems, audits, and continuous improvement in project or manufacturing environments
- Professional certifications (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, Six Sigma) are advantageous
