Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and implement the Project Quality Management Plan (PQMP).
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements, project specifications and applicable international standards.
- Manage QA/QC Engineers, Inspectors and quality documentation.
- Review and approve Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements and Material Submittals.
- Monitor inspections, testing activities and site quality performance.
- Manage NCRs, corrective and preventive actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with Clients, Consultants and Project Management Teams on all quality-related matters.
- Lead internal and external quality audits.
- Prepare executive quality reports for senior management.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related Engineering discipline.
- 10–15+ years of experience in construction quality management.
- Minimum 5 years as a QA/QC Manager on large-scale or mega projects.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
- Experience working with international consultants and EPC/Main Contractors is highly preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in quality management documentation and reporting.
