Ensure Operational Excellence (OPEX) processes, procedures, and documentation comply with ISO 9001 and the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) while supporting process improvement, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Management, or Process Improvement.
- Experience in the cement industry or heavy manufacturing is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001
, QMS
, internal audits, and document control. - Experience with BPM
, ERP (SAP/Oracle), and Process Mining is preferred.
- Review and maintain OPEX procedures in line with ISO 9001.
- Conduct internal audits and support RCA & CAPA activities.
- Monitor compliance KPIs and identify improvement opportunities.
- Improve business processes and ensure proper document control.
- Collaborate with business teams to enhance operational performance.
