We are looking for a proactive Quality Assurance Specialist to implement and maintain quality assurance systems, ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards, support audit activities, and work closely with Production and Quality Control teams to prevent quality issues and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities- Implement and monitor quality assurance procedures, standards, and system controls
- Review production records, CCP/OPRP monitoring logs, and verification records to ensure compliance
- Support internal audits, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance activities
- Investigate quality deviations and support the implementation and follow-up of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Coordinate with Quality Control and Production teams to identify and prevent quality and food safety issues
- Monitor compliance with GMP, HACCP, food safety standards, and company quality procedures
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation, reports, and inspection records
Assist in customer complaint investigations and support root cause analysis - Train and provide technical support to QA Inspectors on quality procedures and best practices
- Ensure continuity of operations by delegating responsibilities to qualified team members when required under the direction of the manager
- Perform any other duties related to the position as assigned by management
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or a related role
- Experience in the food manufacturing or FMCG industry is preferred
- Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, and food safety management systems
- Familiarity with quality documentation, audits, and CAPA processes
- Good communication skills in English
