Responsibilities
- Inspect and monitor mechanical works including HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and drainage systems.
- Verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams on site.
- Review method statements, inspection test plans, ITPs, and material submittals.
- Identify non‑conformances and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Prepare inspection reports and maintain accurate site records.
- Support quality assurance and health & safety requirements on site.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Mechanical Inspector on large‑scale construction projects.
- SCE registration mandatory.
- Proven experience on data centre, industrial, or mission‑critical projects is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, codes, standards, and inspection procedures.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced site environment.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
