Job Description ## About the RoleBEC Arabia is seeking a highly skilled
** QA/QC - Electrical Inspector
** to join our dynamic Construction team in Riyadh. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of electrical systems across our diverse portfolio of projects, which include commercial buildings, industrial facilities, and government mega-projects. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to uphold the highest standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Your day-to-day activities will include inspections, documentation, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project execution and adherence to quality benchmarks.##

Key Responsibilities
* ** Inspect
* * electrical installations, systems, and components to ensure compliance with project specifications, Saudi Building Code (SBC), and international standards.
* ** Monitor
* * construction activities to verify adherence to approved quality plans, procedures, and safety protocols.
* ** Review
* * and validate electrical shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements for compliance with project requirements.
* ** Conduct
* * routine and final inspections of electrical works, documenting findings and ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
* ** Coordinate
* * with project teams, contractors, and consultants to resolve quality-related issues promptly.
* ** Prepare
* * detailed inspection reports, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and quality documentation for submission to stakeholders.
* ** Ensure
* * compliance with ARAMCO, SABIC, and other client-specific quality standards where applicable.
* ** Support
* * the implementation of ISO 9001 quality management systems and participate in internal and external audits.
* ** Verify
* * that all electrical testing and commissioning activities are performed in accordance with approved procedures and standards.
* ** Promote
* * a culture of quality and continuous improvement across all project phases.##

Required Qualifications
* ** Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering
** or a related discipline.
* Minimum of
** 5 years of experience
** in QA/QC roles within the construction or engineering industry.
* Proficiency in
** electrical codes and standards
** such as IEC, NEC, and SBC.
* Certification in
** ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems
** or equivalent.
* Registration with the
** Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE)**.
* Familiarity with
** GOSI
* * and other regulatory requirements in Saudi Arabia.
* Strong knowledge of
** inspection tools
** and software for electrical systems.
* Proven experience in preparing and reviewing
** quality documentation**.##

Preferred Qualifications
* Certification in
** NEBOSH
* * or
** OSHA
* * safety standards.
* Experience with
** LEED
* * or
** Mostadam
* * green building standards.
* Previous involvement in
** ARAMCO-approved
** or
** SABIC-compliant
** projects.
* Advanced training in
** electrical testing and commissioning

* Knowledge of
