Job Description ## About the RoleBEC Arabia is seeking experienced
** QA/QC - Civil Inspectors
** to join our dynamic construction team in Riyadh. As a key member of the Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) department, you will be responsible for ensuring that all civil engineering works adhere to the highest quality standards, regulatory requirements, and project specifications. This role is critical to maintaining BEC Arabia’s reputation for excellence in delivering complex infrastructure and construction projects across the Kingdom.

You will work closely with project managers, site engineers, and contractors to inspect, monitor, and document construction activities. Your expertise will directly contribute to the successful execution of high-profile projects, including commercial buildings, residential mega-developments, and government infrastructure initiatives. Key Responsibilities
* ** Inspect
* * and verify that all civil construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and applicable standards.
* ** Monitor
* * on-site construction processes to ensure adherence to quality control plans and procedures.
* ** Conduct
* * material testing and sampling to verify compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
* ** Prepare
* * detailed inspection reports, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and corrective action plans as needed.
* ** Coordinate
* * with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve quality-related issues promptly.
* ** Ensure
* * compliance with Saudi Building Code (SBC), ARAMCO standards, and other relevant regulatory requirements.
* ** Review
* * and approve quality documentation, including method statements, inspection test plans (ITPs), and material submittals.
* ** Support
* * the implementation of ISO 9001 quality management systems and other relevant certifications.
* ** Participate
* * in internal and external audits to ensure continuous improvement in QA/QC processes.
* ** Collaborate
* * with safety officers to ensure quality and safety standards are integrated on-site.
* ** Verify
* * that corrective actions are implemented effectively and documented appropriately.
* ** Assist
* * in training junior staff and contractors on quality standards and procedures.##

Required Qualifications
* ** Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
** or a related field.
* Minimum of
** 5 years of experience
** in QA/QC roles within the construction industry.
* Certification in
** ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems
** or equivalent.
* Registration with the
** Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE)**.
* Familiarity with
** Saudi Building Code (SBC)
** and ARAMCO standards.
* Proficiency in quality management tools and software, such as
** AutoCAD**,
** Primavera P6**, or equivalent.
* Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and testing procedures.
* Excellent communication and report-writing skills in English.##

Preferred Qualifications
* Certification in
** NEBOSH
* * or
** OSHA
* * safety standards.
* Experience with
** LEED**,
** Estidama**, or
** Mostadam
* * green building standards.
* Advanced knowledge of
** non-destructive testing (NDT)
** techniques.
* Previous experience on
