QA​/QC Engineer – HVAC Manufacturing

Systemair is a global leader in ventilation and air conditioning solutions. We are looking for a talented QA/QC Engineer to join our manufacturing team and ensure the highest quality standards throughout the production of Air Handling Units (AHUs) and HVAC equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform Incoming, In-Process, and Final Quality Inspections.
• Conduct Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) for AHUs and HVAC equipment.
• Ensure compliance with customer specifications, engineering drawings, and applicable quality standards.
• Implement and maintain Quality Management System (QMS) documentation in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
• Prepare inspection reports, test reports, NCRs, and quality documentation.
• Investigate quality issues and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
• Work closely with Production, Engineering, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to resolve quality concerns.
• Support internal and external quality audits.
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of QA/QC experience in HVAC manufacturing.
• Experience with Air Handling Units (AHUs) is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Incoming Inspection, In-Process Inspection, and Final Inspection.
• Good understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in an AHU manufacturing facility.
• Knowledge of HVAC testing procedures and international quality standards.
