• Support of Ingredient & Claim Evaluation approval system.
• Work on regulatory review of allocated business units.
• Responsible for review of Regulatory Affairs processes and procedures.
• Create Gap assessment for any new / draft food regulation against Almarai products.
• Ensure you to notify changes to key Food Regulations, standards & Circulars.
• Provide support to TRD, Nutrition & Marketing for regulatory review of product formulations and claims.
• Responsible for Food registration within the SFDA / Dubai Municipality.
• Responsible for specific research project work as determined.

2-3 years in a similar role within the food industry.

Bachelor's degree in food science, food technology, Nutrition.
