Job Title:
Quality Assurance / Quality Control
Location:

We are looking for a suitable candidate to support day-to-day Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities in our food manufacturing facility, including raw material inspection, in-process and finished product checks, documentation, hygiene monitoring and food safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Inspect incoming raw materials and packaging materials against approved specifications.
- Perform in-process and finished product quality checks.
- Carry out sampling, laboratory testing and quality evaluation as per product and process requirements.
- Monitor product quality, packaging, labeling and other relevant quality parameters.
- Maintain QA/QC records, inspection reports, checklists and related documentation.
- Monitor GMP, GHP, hygiene and sanitation practices in production areas.
- Identify, report and assist in handling quality deviations and non-conformities.
- Coordinate with Production, R&D and Warehouse on quality-related matters.
- Support HACCP, ISO 22000 / FSSC 22000 documentation, implementation and audit activities.
- Support investigation of quality issues and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Bachelors degree / Diploma in Food Technology, Food Science, Dairy Technology, Chemistry or a related field.
ExperiencePreferably 2 to 4 years of experience in QA/QC within the food manufacturing industry.
Required Skills- Knowledge of food safety, GMP, GHP and HACCP.
- Understanding of raw material, in-process and finished product inspection.
- Experience with laboratory testing, quality evaluation and relevant QC instruments.
- Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Knowledge of ISO 22000 / FSSC 22000 will be an advantage.
- Good communication, coordination and MS Office skills.
