Weare seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Laboratory Technician(Laborant) to support quality control and testing activities for ourroad and infrastructure project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

• Diplomaor Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical field from an accredited institution.
• 20+years of experience in quality control within construction and infrastructure projects.
• Minimum
  10+ years of hands-on experience in construction site laboratories,including material testing and laboratory supervision.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• Strong understanding of construction materials testing, laboratory procedures,and quality standards.
• Abilityto manage laboratory personnel, testing schedules, and reporting activities.
• Detail-oriented and disciplined approach to ensuring test accuracy, compliance, and documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite for reporting and record-keeping purposes.

• Material Testing:
  Perform routine laboratory and field tests on soil, aggregates,concrete, and asphalt in strict accordance with project specifications and international standards (AASHTO, ASTM, etc.).
• Sampling:
  
  Conduct systematic on-site sampling of raw materials and freshconcrete/asphalt to ensure representative testing for quality control.
• Data Recording:
  Accurately record, calculate, and document all test data in standardized formats, ensuring that all laboratory logs are up-to-date andaudit-ready.
• Equipment Maintenance:
  Clean, maintain, and assist in the periodic calibration of laboratory testing equipment and sensitive measuring instruments.
• Non-Conformity Reporting:
  Immediately notify QA/QC Manager of any test results that fall outside the required specifications or tolerances.
• Sample Management:
  Properly label, store, and track the shelf-life of samples(e.g., concrete cylinders/cubes) to ensure accurate curing and timelytesting.
• Site Coordination:
  Coordinate with site engineers and batching plants to aligntesting schedules with the daily construction progress.
• Health& Safety:
  Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment,strictly adhering to site safety protocols and the proper handling of chemical reagents or heavy equipment.
• Documentation Support:
  Assist in preparing daily and weekly quality reports to support project accountability and compliance certificates.
