More than a job: a missionWe are looking for a Project Quality and Safety Managers Leader to drive excellence across projects and ensure customer satisfaction through safety and quality. You will join a team of professionals committed to shaping the standards of mobility with precision and collaboration.
Your role, your impact- Represent Quality and Safety within project teams from tender phase to contract closure.
- Lead and coordinate several Project Quality and Safety Managers across projects and regions.
- Ensure full compliance with Alstom Quality processes and continuously improve safety performance.
- Monitor customer satisfaction through surveys, audits, and consistent feedback analysis.
- Develop and implement robust Project Quality Management Plans ensuring risk mitigation.
You’ll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility while elevating the quality standards across every project you touch.
What you bring- Engineering degree or equivalent qualification with a focus on quality, safety, or management.
- Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional and distributed teams.
- Knowledge of ISO
9001, IRIS, or other relevant quality standards and problem-solving tools. - Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities in English.
- Consistent adherence to Alstom quality processes and customer safety standards.
- Achievement of customer satisfaction and audit compliance objectives.
- Effective coaching, mentoring, and development of quality and safety teams.
- Lead transformative quality initiatives that directly impact mobility safety and performance.
- Collaborate with a diverse, high-performing quality community based in Jeddah.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement culture driving Alstom’s excellence worldwide.
