The quality technician is responsible for monitoring the quality of products and materials by collecting and testing samples, as well as ensuring compliance with approved quality procedures within the project. Daily responsibilities include conducting thorough inspections, documenting results, and participating in process improvement to align with established standards.

Main duties and tasks:

Sample collection and testing

• Collecting manufacturing samples from various stages within the production process.
• Examining samples of semi-finished and finished products and ensuring their compliance with quality standards.

Analyzing and documenting the results:

• Analyzing the results of the examination and documenting the observations within clear and accurate reports.
• Verifying that manufacturing processes comply with the required standards.

Identifying the sources of errors:

• Identifying the causes of defects in products and preparing appropriate recommendations for addressing them.
• Developing and updating quality policies and procedures based on results and analyses.
