Tasks and responsibilities:
The quality specialist undertakes a range of essential tasks aimed at enhancing performance and ensuring compliance with quality standards, including the following:
Developing and improving work procedures
Developing and updating work models and procedures in accordance with approved quality requirements.
Ensuring the standardization of operational procedures and improving their efficiency within the company.
Internal audit and quality control
Conduct internal audits periodically.
Preparing audit reports, analyzing their results, and submitting them to the relevant department.
Monitoring performance indicators
Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs).
Providing the necessary recommendations to support continuous improvement and enhance the efficiency of institutional performance.
Improving customer experience
Contributing to the development of operational services and customer service.
Working to achieve the highest levels of customer and beneficiary satisfaction.
Coordination and Reporting
Coordination with different departments to address feedback and correct operational deviations.
Preparing and submitting monthly quality performance reports to senior management.
Job requirements and conditions
To join this job opportunity, the following requirements must be met:
Experience and qualifications
At least 4 years of experience in the field of quality .
Previous experience in recruitment or human resources companies is preferred .
Skills and knowledge
Good knowledge of administrative and operational quality standards and internal work procedures.
High skills in monitoring, analysis, and report writing.
Accuracy of observation and ability to detect operational deviations.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office programs professionally.
