- Provide leadership and guidance to project quality teams consultants and contractors
- Ensure alignment with contractual requirements regulatory standards and international best practices
- Drive continuous improvement lessons learned and corrective preventive action programmes
- Collaborate with senior leadership and project stakeholders to identify quality risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Promote a strong quality culture across the organisation
Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Construction Management, or related discipline. 15+ years of experience in Quality Management, Quality Assurance, or Quality Control leadership roles. Proven experience leading quality functions within large-scale construction, infrastructure, engineering, or complex programmes. Strong knowledge of QMS frameworks, ISO standards, audit processes, and quality governance. Experience managing multidisciplinary quality teams and supporting major project delivery.
Strong understanding of quality planning, compliance management, risk management, and performance improvement. Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills.
- Experience with in PMC, client-side, or major capital programme environments.
- Experience on giga projects or large-scale transformation programmes.
- Professional certification such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, CQI/IRCA, Six Sigma, or equivalent preferred.
