Key Responsibilities- Inspect fabricated molds to ensure compliance with approved drawings and required tolerances.
- Monitor casting, curing and stripping procedures of precast elements at the factory.
- Verify the condition of precast elements upon delivery to site and ensure correct erection procedures are followed.
- Prepare and maintain all required quality control documentation according to standards and project specifications.
- Identify and report deviations, nonconformities and recommend improvements to enhance processes.
- Issue Nonconformance Reports (NCRs) and manage Requests for Inspection (RFIs) Material Inspection Requests (MIRs) and work handovers.
- Address client quality-related complaints and coordinate resolution of issues.
- Implement the approved Inspection and Test Plan (ITP).
- Act as the company's quality representative maintaining effective communication with clients, consultants and site supervisors.
- Ensure quality control procedures are properly applied across both factory production and site installation works.
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems, inspection methods, and nonconformance reporting.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
