• Develop new B2B customers and expand business opportunities for Electrical & Electronics testing services
  .
• Manage enquiries from existing and prospective buyers and vendors, prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers while identifying their testing needs and proposing suitable solutions.
• Arrange client meetings and deliver presentations on SGS testing services and capabilities.
• Conduct market research on competitors, including testing capabilities, pricing, and emerging services.
• Work closely with SGS laboratories and internal teams to ensure effective customer support and service delivery.
• Gather customer feedback, coordinate the resolution of complaints, and identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction.
• Support marketing activities, seminars, sales materials, presentations, service capability profiles, and other business development initiatives.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports covering sales performance, pipeline development, market intelligence, and competitor activities.

• Good at English communication, writing
• At least 2-year experience in B2B hunter sales
• Proactive in organizing technical seminar, visiting clients independently
• Understanding for the third party services/industry will be prefered
• Understanding the Electronics and Electrical supply chain will be prefered
