Real Estate Specialist - Advisory

The Real Estate Specialist – Advisory will lead real estate advisory activities, including market assessment, financial feasibility, and strategic recommendations for land use and development potential. The role requires extensive experience in real estate advisory within the GCC, strong analytical skills, and ability to provide actionable insights for land development projects.

The project involves large-scale land development, including planning, infrastructure, and advisory support for real estate development. The Real Estate Specialist – Advisory will provide strategic guidance, market insights, and feasibility analysis to support the client’s investment and development decisions.

• Support Program in meeting the execution strategy and Program objectives
• Provide Program support relating to the engagement of Lead Developers and overseeing the Developer Parties compliance
• Support Program in meeting the Development agreed schedule
• Support Program in meeting the Development targeted ratio of verified “Affection” plots per land location
• Provide Program support relating to Land Development implementation
• Provide Program support relating to Real Estate & Sales implementation
• Provide Program support relating to legal approvals and permits for statutory requirements
• Provide Program support relating to real estate market analysis, including demand-supply assessment, pricing trends, and development potential.
• Provide Program support relating to land use, zoning, and development strategies in line with client objectives and Saudi regulations.
• Provide Program support relating to financial feasibility studies, investment appraisals, and cost-benefit analyses for development options.
• Advise on strategic planning, development phasing, and project structuring for optimal returns.
• Coordinate with urban planning, civil, MEP, and infrastructure teams to integrate advisory recommendations into the overall project plan.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior management and clients.
• Identify risks and opportunities related to real estate development and provide mitigation strategies.
• Mentor and guide junior real estate advisory staff.

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, or related field;
  Master’s degree preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in real estate advisory, land development, or investment analysis, preferably in GCC countries and Saudi Arabia.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi real estate regulations, zoning, and land development approvals.
• Proven experience conducting feasibility studies, market analysis, and strategic advisory for large-scale projects.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in real estate analysis and modeling tools (Argus, Excel, GIS, or equivalent).
