The Property Director will serve as a key leader within our organization, responsible for the strategic oversight and management of our expansive property portfolio. This role requires a dynamic professional with extensive experience in real estate investment, property management, and operational strategy. The successful candidate will play a critical role in enhancing the value of our assets while ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks and internal policies.

The Property Director will work closely with senior management to align property strategies with the overall business objectives of the company.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive property management strategies that maximize the financial performance and value of the portfolio.
  • Lead and mentor a team of property managers and support staff, fostering a culture of excellence and high tenant satisfaction.
  • Conduct detailed market analysis to identify trends, investment opportunities, and competitive positioning within the real estate sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, tenants, contractors, and regulatory bodies to facilitate successful property operations.
  • Oversee the financial aspects of the property portfolio, including budgeting, financial forecasting, and performance reporting.
  • Ensure adherence to local laws and regulations governing property management, development, and investment activities.
  • Implement industry best practices in property management, including effective maintenance, tenant relations, and lease negotiation strategies.
  • Regularly assess property performance metrics and develop actionable plans for improvement and optimization.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports to senior leadership regarding property performance, strategic initiatives, and market conditions.
  • Champion sustainability initiatives across the property portfolio to enhance environmental responsibility and operational efficiency.
  • Preferred Candidate
  • Demonstrated success in property management, real estate investment, or a related field with a strong performance record.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a proven ability to build, motivate, and manage high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a focus on identifying and solving complex problems.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of real estate regulations, market dynamics, and investment strategies critical to property management.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
  • Solid financial management skills, including experience in budgeting and financial reporting.
  • Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Commitment to ethical practices and adherence to corporate governance standards.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an added advantage.
