• Vision 2030 has moved from plan to delivery: ~US $196bn in 2025 awards;

• Riyadh is near full Grade‑A occupancy (~98%) with RHQ‑led demand; instructions span portfolios, complex land and mixed‑use.
• Residential finance recovery (+17%, 2024) supports development and collateral valuations alongside commercial work.

At Surveyor/Senior Surveyor level
, you will carry out inspections, build robust models, and produce high‑quality Red Book reports
, engaging with clients and delivering service that reflects the firm’s reputation.

• Degree in Real Estate or a related field
• MRICS
• Solid understanding and proven experience valuing commercial assets
• Experience with Argus Enterprise
• DCF and ideally some modelling experience.
• Strong client handling, clear communication with ethical approach
