Job Description
This role sits within our Real Estate Advisory team and focuses on leading and supporting the preparation of strategic client deliverables across a wide range of assignment types across the Middle East, specifically within KSA. As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in driving analytical work streams, developing high quality insights, and contributing to the structuring and delivery of real estate advisory mandates.
You will also support the team in producing robust, data driven outputs that inform investment decisions, project strategies, and broader real estate development initiatives.
You will also support the team in expanding the footprint within KSA identifying new business opportunities and supporting on Proposals.
Core Advisory Assignments
- Feasibility Studies across multiple asset classes
- Market Research & Benchmarking (desktop and field research)
- Market strategies and pricing models
Sector & Asset Class Exposure
You would gain exposure across sectors including:
- Residential
- Office
- Retail
- Mixed-use and development projects‑use and development projects
- Healthcare and education
Key Analytical Responsibilities
The role includes participation in the full lifecycle of advisory assignments, such as:
- Site assessments, regulatory reviews, and SWOT analysis
- Macro and socio‑economic analysis, and real estate demand modelling
- Benchmarking case studies and market outlook assessments
- Development advisory, including land use budgeting and build to sell vs. Build to lease analysis, budgeting and build-to-sell vs. build-to-lease analyses‑use budgeting and build‑to‑sell vs. build‑to-lease analyses
- Financial analysis, including revenue and cost assumptions, KPI modelling (IRR, NPV, payback), and sensitivity analysis
- Drafting reports and deliverables for client presentations
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in real estate advisory, investment, development, or management, with a proven track record in delivering successful projects.
- In-depth knowledge of real estate market trends, financial structuring, and regulatory frameworks.
- Professional certifications (e.g., MRICS, CFA) are advantageous.
