Job Description
Job Summary:
The leasing agent is responsible for marketing rental properties, conducting viewings, negotiating lease terms and closing rental agreements. He will be representing the company and maintain excellent client relationships.
- Lead generation & tenant prospecting
- Respond promptly to inquiries from marketing channels and properties portals
- Maintain an updated tenant database and follow up regularly
- Clearly explain property features, rental terms and community benefits
- Negotiate & lease closing
- Negotiate rental price and lease terms between landlord and tenant
- Prepare booking forms and required documents
- Submit weekly leasing reports to the leasing manager
- Update daily activities and pipeline in CRM
- Follow company policies and local real estate regulations
- 1 to 3 years of real estate experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Presentable and professional
- Valid driving licence
- Previous experience in real estate or client-facing roles
- Familiarity with CRM system
