EY‑Parthenon combines deep sector expertise with strong analytical capabilities and close client relationships. Our real estate practice supports sovereign wealth funds and leading developers in the region with their evolving business strategy throughout the real estate lifecycle. We are looking for real estate professionals with relevant experience (e.g. corporate finance, strategy, development, architecture, urban planning) to join our team. You should ideally have experience across one or more aspects of the real estate development lifecycle and possess deep expertise in one or more segments, including residential, retail, hospitality, or commercial real estate.

In this role, you will be a key participant in work streams and engagements as you translate client needs into project tasks and deliverables. You will work closely with Real Estate, Hospitality and Tourism clients to support in developing and executing their strategic agendas. You can expect to spend most of your time working on strategy-related projects throughout the real estate lifecycle which includes long-term strategy roadmaps, feasibility studies, concept ideation/development, highest-and-best use analysis, destination strategy, tourism product development (leisure and entertainment), growth/market entry & expansion strategy, business transformation and greenfield projects.

As Senior you will support deliver engagements which includes developing the vision, concepts, and business plans for some of the large developments in the region. Advising clients throughout the real estate lifecycle, such as feasibilities, transactions, operator search and selection. Working with management on parts of the acquisition process and regularly undertaking valuations for strategic priorities, coach and counsel junior team members, ensure quality deliverables and maintain healthy client engagement.

• A bachelor's degree from a top-ranking school with outstanding academic performance.
• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in strategy related work preferably in Real Estate Consulting, Private Equity, or Real Estate Development.
• CFA/CAIA/RICS qualification will be preferred.
• Experience in commercial real estate, hospitality or tourism with focus on strategy development, acquisition, real estate valuation, asset management, and market research.
• High business acumen and strategic mindset with strong analytical skills and focus on valuation and finance.
• Effective organization and time management skills with the ability to work in fast-paced environment.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel within the MENA region, when necessary.
