The Real Estate Supervisor is responsible for overseeing real estate sales and marketing activities and monitoring the performance of the team to ensure the achievement of sales and marketing targets The role also involves supervising client follow-ups managing real estate opportunities ensuring high-quality service delivery and building professional relationships that contribute to the company s growth and presence in the real estate market

• Supervise the real estate sales and marketing team and monitor their performance
• Oversee the marketing and promotion of properties and real estate projects
• Manage and distribute potential leads and ensure effective client follow-up
• Monitor property viewings site visits and the progress of real estate deals
• Ensure the team achieves assigned sales and marketing targets
