Job Summary
The Real Estate Marketer is responsible for marketing properties and real estate projects attracting potential clients understanding their needs and providing suitable property options The role also involves following up with clients and building professional relationships that contribute to achieving sales targets and strengthening the company s presence in the real estate market
Key Responsibilities- Market and promote properties and real estate projects to potential clients
- Attract new clients and follow up with existing clients
- Present property features and provide suitable offers based on clients needs
- Coozdinate property visits and viewings
- Follow up with clients from the initial inquiry until deal completion
- Achieve assigned sales and marketing targets
- Monitor real estate market trends competitors and available opportunities
- Diploma or higher in Business Administration or a related field
