- Assist in market research and analysis to support leasing strategies and client proposals
- Prepare property reports, market summaries and competitive analysis
- Support senior team members in property tours, client meetings and tenant presentations
- Maintain and update property databases, tenant information and lease documentation
- Coordinate with landlords, tenants and internal teams to facilitate leasing transactions
- Monitor market trends, vacancy rates and rental performance across the Riyadh market
- Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and property brochures
- Conduct site inspections and gather property information as required
- Support administrative tasks related to leasing transactions and client management
- Contribute to team initiatives and business development activities
- Saudi National.
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in commercial real estate or a related industry.
- Basic understanding of the commercial real estate market in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (written and verbal).
- Eagerness to learn and develop within the leasing advisory sector.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
