We are looking for professional competence to join our team, with practical experience in managing real estate assets and related regulatory procedures in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Tasks and Responsibilities:- Preserve and manage real estate assets and document their records.
- Follow up on the transfer of title deeds from the real estate exchange to the real estate register (deed registration in rem).
- Follow up on the fees for vacant lands and related obligations.
- Manage files of the Wafi program (sale on the map), including registration, follow-up, and fulfilling regulatory requirements.
- Saudi nationality
- Qualification of at least a diploma
- Practical experience in real estate systems and procedures in the Kingdom.
- Familiarity and actual experience in registration and managing sale-on-the-map files (Wafi) - an essential requirement.
- Knowledge of in rem registration procedures and the transfer of real estate title deeds.
- High skills in organization, follow-up, and coordination with relevant authorities.
