Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of new products from market analysis to commercial implementation.
• Provide expert technology support during plant shutdowns, turnovers, and re-commissioning.
• Drive problem resolution through troubleshooting and root cause analysis in commercial plants.
• Innovate in the specialty Agri-Nutrients field, inventing new products and applications.
• Facilitate technology scale-up and implementation in commercial settings.
• Collaborate with external entities and lead project implementations.
• Analyze market and customer data to guide product development and maintain competitiveness.
• Contribute to a positive safety culture and mentor junior team members.
• Support growth projects with insights and direction.

Requirements:

• This role required candidate to permanently relocate at Jubail or Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
• Preferred:
  Masters or Ph.D. degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in new product development, preferably involving start-ups.
• Proven strategic thinking and planning abilities.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to influence a diverse team.
• Passion for innovation and fostering a creative work environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
