Job Responsibilities
The postdoctoral fellow will design, conduct and interpret independent and collaborative research in cardiovascular sciences. Responsibilities include managing research datasets, applying appropriate statistical and computational methods, preparing figures and scientific reports, presenting findings at lab meetings and scientific conferences, and contributing to peer‑reviewed publications. The fellow may also assist in mentoring graduate or medical students and in coordinating multidisciplinary collaborations across basic, translational and clinical research teams.

QualificationsApplicants should hold a PhD, or equivalent doctoral degree in cell biology, computational biology, physiology, biomedical sciences, epidemiology, or a related discipline. Candidates should demonstrate a strong publication record or clear evidence of research productivity relative to career stage.
Experience in one or more relevant areas such as cardiac physiology, molecular biology, omics, clinical research, biostatistics, or computational analysis is highly desirable.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
Experience with cardiovascular phenotyping, ECG or imaging analysis, translational human studies, animal models, metabolic profiling, and statistical programming in R, Python, SPSS, Stata, or similar platforms will be considered an advantage. Candidates with interest in bridging mechanistic and patient‑centered research are especially encouraged to apply.
