Associate

Responsibilities:

• Drive evidence‑based strategies from analysis to implementation
• Work across sectors including education, labour, ESG, innovation, and trade
• Build analytical models and present insights directly to policymakers
• Collaborate in diverse, international teams and accelerate learning

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical thinker with experience in data, economics, or policy
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in consulting, research, policy, or industry
• Excellent communication skills and confidence presenting ideas to stakeholders
• Team player with energy and drive in a fast-paced environment
• Optional:
  Arabic language skills are a plus

Responsibilities:

• Lead advanced research and analytical modelling to solve economic and policy challenges
• Translate complex data into actionable recommendations for senior decision‑makers
• Develop impact‑driven solutions across labour markets, education, trade, ESG, and more
• Present insights confidently to clients and influence dialogue at the highest levels
• Innovate, influence, and guide project teams while ensuring delivery excellence

Qualifications:

• Strategic problem‑solver with advanced analytical skills
• 2–3 years of experience leading work streams in consulting, public policy, or industry
• Clear, confident communicator adaptable to varied audiences
• Client‑ready, comfortable engaging senior stakeholders in high‑stakes environments
• Collaborative leader who mentors junior colleagues and fosters a constructive culture
• Optional:
  Arabic fluency is a strong asset for GCC work

Graduate with a bachelor’s degree or higher in economics, public policy, data science, or a related field.

Fluency in English required; additional languages (e.g., Arabic) are a plus.
