Executive Chef - Canadian Cuisine (Riyadh)

We are hiring an experienced Executive Chef with a passion for Canadian cuisine to join our team in Riyadh. As the Executive Chef, you will oversee all aspects of our Canadian restaurant including menu creation, food preparation, and kitchen operations.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and create innovative and authentic Canadian dishes for our restaurant
- Oversee food preparation and ensure high quality and consistency in all dishes served
- Train and manage kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and food safety standards
- Create and maintain inventory of all kitchen supplies and ingredients
- Collaborate with management to develop seasonal menus, special event menus, and promotions
- Monitor food costs and ensure profitability while maintaining high quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a Canadian cuisine restaurant
- Extensive knowledge of Canadian cuisine, ingredients, and cooking techniques
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a team
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with management, staff, and suppliers
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Valid work permit for non-Saudi nationals

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month along with other benefits such as accommodation, transportation, health insurance, etc.
