We are looking for a skilled Oriental Chef to join our team at a 5-star hotel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing delicious and authentic Oriental dishes for our guests to enjoy.

• Prepare and cook a variety of Oriental dishes according to hotel recipes and standards
• Ensure the highest level of food quality, taste, and presentation
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Monitor food stock and place orders as needed
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff

• Proven experience as an Oriental Chef in a high-end hotel or restaurant
• In-depth knowledge of Oriental cuisine and cooking techniques
• Strong attention to detail and creativity in food presentation
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Proficiency in preparing a variety of traditional Oriental dishes
• Extensive knowledge of Oriental cooking techniques and ingredients
• Ability to create authentic and visually appealing dishes
• Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Creativity and innovation in developing new dishes and recipes
• Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with kitchen staff
