We are looking for an experienced and qualified Executive Chef to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the kitchen staff and overseeing all culinary operations. The Executive Chef will be expected to develop creative menus that meet the expectations of our diners, while delivering top-notch food quality and presentation.

• Manage all aspects of the kitchen operations and lead kitchen staff to ensure efficient, high-quality service.
• Plan menus and develop creative dishes that meet diner expectations and brand standards.
• Purchase ingredients and supplies, manage inventory, and control costs.
• Train kitchen staff on proper techniques, recipes, and food safety standards.
• Ensure the kitchen complies with all applicable health codes and safety regulations.
• Provide leadership to motivate staff and foster a collaborative, high-performance environment.
• Handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally and resolve issues as needed.

• Degree in hotel or restaurant management, or a related field.
• At least five years of experience as an Executive Chef in a reputable establishment.
• Culinary creativity with strong menu development skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and knowledge of food safety standards.
• Experience leading staff and delivering training.
