- Conduct market and competitor analysis.

- Guest Experience
- Supervise courteous food and beverage service.
- Maintain brand standards and drive service quality.
- Be knowledgeable of menu, recipes, and procedures.
- Responsible Business
- Manage daily restaurant operations and quality assurance programs.
- Ensure compliance with Fire, Life, Safety, and cleanliness standards.
- Maintain a database of clients and identify revenue opportunities.
- Identify areas for improvement and support change initiatives.
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures.
- Supervise daily restaurant operations ensuring high service quality.
- Initiate actions to increase revenue and meet financial targets.
- Monitor and address restaurant needs for service efficiency.
- Intermediate or equivalent qualification.
- Degree or certification in Hospitality Industry.
- At least 3 years of experience as Assistant Restaurant Manager.
- Fluent in English;
Arabic is a plus. - Proficient in MS Office and Internet use.
