Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage daily restaurant operations.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis.
  • Perform P&L analysis including productivity and cost management.
  • People
  • Conduct on-the-job training for restaurant employees.
  • Hold pre-meal briefings and liaise with the kitchen.
  • Ensure grooming standards for restaurant staff.
  • Model IHG Company Values and Core Purpose.
  • Lead employee engagement activities.
  • Conduct performance reviews (Annual and Mid-Year).
  • Coach employees and provide regular feedback.
  • Hold self and others accountable for results.
  • Guest Experience
  • Supervise courteous food and beverage service.
  • Maintain brand standards and drive service quality.
  • Be knowledgeable of menu, recipes, and procedures.
  • Responsible Business
  • Manage daily restaurant operations and quality assurance programs.
  • Ensure compliance with Fire, Life, Safety, and cleanliness standards.
  • Maintain a database of clients and identify revenue opportunities.
  • Identify areas for improvement and support change initiatives.
  • Implement and maintain standard operating procedures.
Accountability
  • Supervise daily restaurant operations ensuring high service quality.
  • Initiate actions to increase revenue and meet financial targets.
  • Monitor and address restaurant needs for service efficiency.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Intermediate or equivalent qualification.
  • Degree or certification in Hospitality Industry.
  • At least 3 years of experience as Assistant Restaurant Manager.
  • Fluent in English;
    Arabic is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Internet use.
