We are seeking a professional, customer-focused Food & Beverage Server to join our dynamic team at a luxury hotel in Riyadh. You will be responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience to our guests, ensuring the highest standards of service, and contributing to a positive and efficient restaurant environment.

• Greet guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and present menus.
• Provide detailed descriptions of menu items, ingredients, and daily specials. Offer knowledgeable recommendations.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the restaurant's POS system.
• Serve food and drinks promptly, adhering to established service protocols.
• Ensure table maintenance, cleanliness, and proper setting throughout the service.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and handle any complaints or requests professionally.
• Process bill payments accurately using cash, credit, or room charge.
• Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards in the dining area.
• Assist in setting up and closing down the restaurant service stations.

• Medical Fitness: Successful candidates must pass comprehensive medical tests for HIV, Hepatitis B & C, Tuberculosis, Malaria, Syphilis, and Drug Screening as per Saudi Arabian visa requirements.
• Police Clearance: A valid Certificate of Good Conduct from Kenya is required.
• Grooming: Impeccable personal presentation and grooming.
• Availability: Must be willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

• Basic numerical skills for handling cash and bills.
