Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Syrian Shawerma Chef to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in preparing authentic Syrian shawerma with consistent quality, taste, and presentation. A commitment to food safety, speed, and teamwork is essential in this fast‑paced kitchen environment.

Syrian nationality is mandatory.

Saudi residency (Iqama) is mandatory.

• Prepare and cook authentic Syrian shawerma according to approved recipes and standards.
• Marinade, season, and handle meats (chicken, beef, or lamb) following traditional Syrian methods.
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, portion size, and presentation of all shawerma items.
• Operate shawerma grills, knives, and kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Monitor cooking temperatures and meat rotation to ensure food safety and quality.
• Prepare sauces, breads, and basic accompaniments as required.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety in compliance with KSA regulations.
• Control ingredient usage, reduce waste, and assist with stock management.
• Keep all workstations, equipment, and tools clean and well organized.
• Support kitchen and service teams during peak hours and high‑volume periods.

• Saudi residency (Iqama) is mandatory.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Syrian Shawerma Chef or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Syrian shawerma preparation, seasoning, and grilling techniques.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure.
• High attention to detail and commitment to consistent quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
