As a key member of our culinary team, the Pastry Chef de Partie will bring their expertise and creativity to the kitchen, working alongside other talented chefs to deliver exquisite pastries that showcase innovation and tradition. They will prepare pastries in accordance with established recipes and presentation guidelines, assist in inventory management to maintain appropriate stock levels, and minimize wastage.
