Shisha Server

We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Shisha Server to join our Human Capital KSA Office team. As a Shisha Server, you will be the face of our shisha offering, ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience. Your role will be crucial in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, where customers can relax and enjoy a range of shisha flavors.

• Prepare and present an extensive range of shisha flavors, catering to diverse customer preferences.
• Engage in meaningful conversations with guests, offering recommendations and creating a personalized experience.
• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in the shisha area, ensuring a pleasant environment for all.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and hygienic workspace.
• Handle customer inquiries and feedback with a professional and friendly approach, resolving any issues promptly.
• Assist in inventory management, tracking shisha supplies, and placing orders as needed.
• Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive and welcoming team environment.
• Stay updated with the latest shisha trends and flavors, offering innovative options to customers.
• Ensure the shisha equipment is well-maintained and in proper working condition.

• Previous experience as a Shisha Server or in a similar hospitality role is preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of various shisha flavors, equipment, and preparation techniques.
• Excellent customer service skills, with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, to meet business needs.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
• Must be of legal age to serve shisha, as per local regulations.
• A positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a commitment to providing excellent service.
