- - Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, such as lattes, cappuccinos, espresso, and tea in a professional and timely manner
- - Ensure the quality and consistency of beverages by following recipes and adhering to our standards
- - Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and making recommendations
- - Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the coffee preparation and serving stations
- - Assist in the creation of a warm and welcoming atmosphere for customers by engaging with them and ensuring their satisfaction
- - Operate coffee brewing equipment and maintain it in good working condition
- - Make orders for items to make beverages
- - Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
- - Adhere to all health and safety regulations and guidelines while handling food and beverages
- - Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred
- - Passion for coffee and knowledge of different coffee types and brewing techniques
- - Excellent customer service and communication skills
- - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks with ease
- - Attention to detail and a focus on maintaining quality and cleanliness
- - Flexible schedule, including availability to work weekends and holidays
- - Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects (coffee bags, equipment, etc.) as needed
- - Familiarity with cash register and basic math skills for handling transactions
