Savor Bakery is looking for a skilled and experienced Arabic-speaking Breakfast & Brunch Chef to join our culinary team in Riyadh.

We are looking for a chef with strong hands-on experience in modern breakfast and brunch concepts, who can deliver excellent taste, presentation, consistency, and speed during service.

The ideal candidate should be confident working across both hot and cold kitchen, with particular strength in breakfast dishes, eggs, sandwiches, sauces, salads, and appetizers.

• Prepare and execute a wide range of modern breakfast and brunch dishes.
• Demonstrate excellent skills in different egg preparations and breakfast dishes.
• Prepare sandwiches using our fresh in-house baked breads, including sourdough and ciabatta.
• Prepare high-quality sauces, spreads, dressings, fillings, and accompaniments from scratch.
• Prepare creative salads, appetizers, and hot & cold dishes.
• Participate actively in new menu development, recipe creation, testing, and standardization.
• Maintain excellent standards of taste, presentation, portioning, and consistency.
• Work efficiently and maintain speed and quality during busy service periods.
• Follow standardized recipes and control food cost, portions, and waste.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, storage, and kitchen organization.

• Proven professional experience as a Breakfast & Brunch Chef, Hot & Cold Kitchen Chef, or similar position.
• Strong practical knowledge of eggs, breakfast dishes, sandwiches, sauces, salads, appetizers, and hot & cold kitchen operations.
• Strong plating and food presentation skills.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining consistent quality.
• Creativity and the ability to contribute to menu development and new product creation.
• Experience in a premium bakery, modern café, hotel, or high-quality casual dining concept is highly preferred.
• Fluency in Arabic is required.
• Good English communication skills are preferred.
• Must be currently based in Riyadh or willing to relocate to Riyadh.
