Executive Chef job in Riyadh Saudi Arabia for unskilled workers
Job SummaryWe are looking for an Executive Chef to join our team in Riyadh. This position offers an attractive salary of 1500 and we are open to considering foreign candidates. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in the food industry.
Duties and Responsibilities- Developing menus, recipes and costings
- Ensuring all kitchen operations follow health and safety regulations
- Establishing portions sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and presentation for all dishes
- Recruiting, training and managing kitchen staff
- Working with suppliers to ensure the best quality ingredients are used
- Working within budget constraints
- Designing high quality meals that meet customer expectations
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
- Culinary school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Passionate about food preparation, presentation and flavors
