The Bartender is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked beverage section while serving guests efficiently. The role includes preparing beverage products, controlling daily stock, maintaining equipment and utensils, and introducing specialty drinks to customers.

• Prepare beverages for guests during service hours.
• Prepare fresh beverage products daily, including juices and decoration items.
• Maintain knowledge of specialty drinks and cocktails.
• Introduce and promote specialty drinks to guests.
• Support the creation of beverage menus.
• Ensure beverages and required ingredients are ready for service.

• Prepare requisitions for required bar products.
• Conduct daily stock checks to prevent product shortages.
• Replenish refrigerators and maintain appropriate beverage stock levels.
• Monitor product availability throughout operations.

• Keep the beverage preparation and service area clean and tidy.
• Maintain clean and polished service utensils at all times.
• Follow high standards of personal hygiene.
• Maintain a clean and professional personal appearance.
• Keep the assigned section organized and ready for service.
