Commis Chef; Saudi

We are looking for a motivated and passionate Commis Chef to join our Kitchen team.

In this role, you will support the culinary team in preparing high-quality dishes while maintaining excellent standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.

As a Commis Chef
, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting in the preparation and cooking of dishes according to established recipes and standards.
• Preparing ingredients and completing daily mise en place.
• Ensuring consistent food quality, taste, and presentation.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the assigned kitchen section.
• Following food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
• Properly storing and handling food products to maintain quality and minimize waste.
• Supporting the culinary team during daily operations, events, and busy service periods.
• Taking care of kitchen equipment and reporting any maintenance requirements.
• Following instructions from senior chefs and supporting the team as required.
• Continuously learning and developing culinary skills and knowledge.

• Passion for cooking and willingness to learn and develop.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.
• Culinary education or relevant training is preferred.
• Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, or professional kitchen is an advantage.
• Good understanding of food hygiene and safety standards.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Good communication skills in English.
