Role Purpose :

The Sales Associate will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer experiences, achieving sales targets, and maintaining the company's reputation for excellence. This is a client-facing role that requires strong communication skills, cultural understanding, and a passion for retail.

Key Responsibilities :

Greet and engage customers, providing tailored product recommendations.

Assist customers in identifying products that meet their needs and preferences.

Drive sales by achieving individual and store targets.

Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and retail trends.

Ensure high standards of store presentation and product display.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support in a professional manner.

Work collaboratively with the team to achieve overall store goals.

Requirements :

Currently based in KSA

Retail experience is mandatory (any retail sector is acceptable).

Arabic fluency is required;
English is an advantage.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Working days : 5.5 days per week, 9 hours per day.

Sales-driven mindset with customer service orientation.
