What You’ll Be DoingAs Sales Supervisor, you will lead the team in delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving commercial performance, and ensuring seamless store operations while acting as a true ambassador of the brand.
Responsibilities- Lead by example and represent the brand by consistently embodying and communicating its values and philosophy through all activities and interactions with customers, stakeholders, and team members.
- Define, execute, and closely monitor the brand action plan to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators, while ensuring the team has a clear understanding of the business direction and brand objectives.
- Stay ahead of market trends, product developments, and competitor activity, sharing insights and feedback with relevant back-office and cross‑functional teams to support informed decision‑making.
- Identify, recruit, develop, and retain high‑performing talent by acting as a coach to the team, promoting a growth mindset, and leveraging the Group’s learning tools, platforms, and structured development plans.
- Monitor individual and team performance on an ongoing basis, providing regular feedback, documenting performance improvement plans transparently, and supporting continuous professional growth.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment built on trust, respect, and fairness, while acting as the voice of employees by escalating feedback, challenges, and concerns to leadership and HR when needed.
- Ensure full adherence to sales, operational, HR, legal, safety, and security policies and procedures, collaborating closely with relevant teams to improve processes and escalate issues for timely resolution.
- Maintain excellence in store operations by ensuring high operating standards across stock management, visual merchandising, and floor organization in line with brand guidelines, while optimizing floor coverage through traffic analysis and peak‑hour planning.
- Minimum 3 years of experiences in luxury retail.
- Fluent in English
- Represents and champions the brand’s values through consistent leadership, behaviors, and customer experiences.
- Drives sales and KPI performance through clear action planning, data analysis, and commercial decision-making.
