About The Role
As Team Manager, you will be a key ambassador for Burberry, inspiring your team to deliver outstanding client experiences while driving store performance across all product categories. This role requires a hands-on leader with a proven track record in luxury retail, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a passion for fashion.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing, customer-focused team
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs while ensuring the highest service standards
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships, enhancing brand loyalty
- Act as a brand and product ambassador on the shop floor
- Support training and development of team members, ensuring product knowledge and compliance standards are maintained
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to drive business growth
- Previous experience in luxury retail with demonstrated success in team leadership and sales performance
- Strong commercial awareness and experience working towards KPIs
- Exceptional client service skills with a deep understanding of luxury customer expectations
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Genuine passion for fashion and styling with excellent product knowledge
